🚀 Getting Started

To begin using InsightHub and ReportMaster, go to your Event Dashboard and click the new dashboard icon. This will open the InsightHub interface.

📊 Using InsightHub: Visualize Your Application Data

InsightHub allows you to create visual widgets for any dropdown question in your application form, such as gender, country, or sector.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Click “Add Widget”
  2. Select a Question – Choose any dropdown-based question from your form (e.g., Gender, Country, Sector).
  3. Choose a Chart Type – Select from a bar chart, pie chart, or simple data table.
  4. Name Your Widget (Optional) – Give your widget a custom label.
  5. Click “Save Filter” – The widget will appear on your dashboard.

Example:

  • Add a bar chart to show the distribution of applicants by sector.
  • Add a pie chart to visualize the gender breakdown.
  • Add a data grid to show the full list of countries applicants are from.

You can create an unlimited number of widgets, allowing you to track as many metrics as you need.

📥 Using ReportMaster: Generate Instant Reports

ReportMaster allows you to download visual reports in PDF format for any widget or all dropdown questions in your form.

Generate a Widget-Level Report

  1. Click the PDF icon on any widget.
  2. A clean PDF report of that widget’s data will be generated.
  3. Once ready, the file can be viewed or shared with your team or stakeholders.

Generate a Full Application Report

  1. Click the PDF icon labeled for the full report.
  2. This will trigger generation of a comprehensive PDF containing all dropdown responses.
  3. The report is processed in the background.
  4. You will receive a notification when the report is ready.
  5. Click the notification to download your full report.

The full report will include:

  • Sector responses
  • Gender responses
  • Country responses



All organized into a clean, professional PDF.
